Come hither, yee roommate!

Bittersweetly, I'm moving out of this precious abode on California and Divisadero in Lower Pac Heights. I've been in this place for nearly 3 years and it. has. been. phenom. The house is cozy and warm and mostly clean and super duper welcoming.

The Skinny:

• Top floor in a 2-unit building, GR8 light in the kitchen and living room
• Laundromat right next door
• 4 bedroom, 1 bathroom
• Room for rent is on the small side
• Fits large dresser, Queen bed and then some
• 1 small closet (no closet door)
• Roommates = fab-u-luss
• Lela, 30: Teacher and lovable grammar Nazi working in San Jose. Enjoys frolicking, poetry, Notorious BIG and the occasional wine times. 
• JP, 26: Works at some communications firm...?? Knows many things about movies and fútbol. Grows a mean beard.
• Greg, 29: Writes grants for farms and stuff. Makes dank ass food and pickles and shares his bounty often. Has the Tahoe hook-up.
• Le vibe: Mostly chill living room times, LOLing about things, making dinner, party times happen (at most) twice a year. No parties brought back to the house. This is a sanctuary! That said, we welcome friends and family to couch crash year-round. 
• Neighbors/hood:
• The unit below us does have a dog and shares the backyard with us. The dog seems to have a very active digestive tract...if ya get my drift. (Poop, he poops every-damn-where and the owner never picks it up. End rant.)
• We live next to a TON of great restaurants and bars. We are right across the street from Wild Hare, Tataki, SF Burger Bistro and greatest of all: B Patisserie. The chocolate Kouign Amann will CHANGE YOUR LIFE.
• The 1 bus stop is also right outside our front door, taking you down to FiDi.
• Costs: We use Venmo and so will you! Drink the Kool-Aid!
• Total move-in costs: $2,450
• Refundable security deposit $1,500
• First month's rent $950
• Rent/month: $950
• Housecleaner: $40/month (This is totes non-negotiable. Cinta, our housecleaner, is our lord and savior.) 
• Water: Varies, $25/month
• PGE: Varies, $30/month
• Cable and interwebz: Varies, $40/month
• Trash:  $25 per person every 3 months
• MOVE IN DATE: April 16, 2014
